The cap holder/mandrel is designed for use with our high-speed professional pedicure machines, to remove dry and cracked skin on heels, corns and calluses. It has a rubber head with longitudinal peripheral slots that allow the rubber head to be compressed within the sanding cap to grip the cap during use. Fits the 25mm brown disposable sanding cap. The cap holder/mandrel should be replaced after a period of use or if the metal stem becomes bent.
