Shipping and Returns

Orders are dispatached within 24-48 hours. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for personalised items. Parcels are sent via standard Australia Post to your nominated address unless Express Post has been selected.

If, for any reason, there is an issue with an order being delayed, we will notify you immediately by email.

Machines with rechargeale lithium batteries, like the Pedi Mini, cannot be shipped by air and may take longer to deliver by road, typically 7-10 days to most Australian Capital Cities.

For faster delivery, please select Express Post at checkout.

Shipping fees are as follows:

$9.95 standard post under 500g

$14.95 standard post over 500g

$14.95 express post under 500g

$19.95 express post over 500g

Free shipping for orders over $150

$30.00 flat rate for International shipping

We can ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers etc.

All orders are sent with a tracking number and this will be sent through as an email once the order has been fulfilled.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to us undelivered, the customer will be responsible for covering the postage cost to resend it.

Please note during sale periods or new product launches, there may be delays due to large quantities of orders.

Simply Billie is not responsible for freight times or late deliveries or any loss or damage resulting from delayed shipments.

Our fulfilment processes are automated, and we do not have control how quickly an order goes through dispatch, it can be challenging for us to make changes in your details or in your order. However, we suggest that you let us know as soon as possible of any changes you’d like at hello@simplybillie.com and we will do our absolute best to make the necessary changes. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee this is always possible.
